What factors are related to the excessive internal resistance of Panasonic batteries?

The electromotive force of Panasonic battery is related to the electrochemical properties of active substances on the plate and the density of electrolyte. When the active substance is fixed, the electromotive force of the battery is mainly determined by the density of the electrolyte.
The inner circuit of Panasonic battery is mainly composed of electrolyte. The electrolyte has resistance, while the grid, active substances, connectors, isolators and so on have certain resistance. The sum of these resistance is the internal resistance of the battery. There are many factors affecting the size of internal resistance, such as the constituent materials, assembly process, density and temperature of electrolyte, etc. Therefore, the internal resistance is not fixed, but varies with the parameters of the electrolyte during charging and discharging.
